Locums and Nurses

I am recruiting for a developer with experience of both CRM and database development for my client, a modern and fast paced mobile telecoms company based in West London.
The company have a very strong culture - enthusiastic and open-minded, and they want someone who would fit in well with them, sociable people in a company of around 50 staff. One of the main challenges of this role is being well versed in both CRM and database, as they need someone who can deal with challenges, and be open to finding solutions to sometimes unusual requests and ideas raised by their colleagues. They want someone who can say `let me look into it` rather than `we cant do that`. Experience in developing for Microsoft CRM 4, particularly in the creation of custom
features in asp.net and javascript, building custom forms/layouts etc is required, Sound knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation and the creation of custom workflows to match or improve existing practices.
